• Outcome Data: Whether you accepted, negotiated, or declined deals, and final amounts

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide Analysis: Process your brand deals through our AI to deliver market rate comparisons and negotiation scripts
• Improve Market Data: Anonymized deal outcomes help us build more accurate market rate benchmarks
• Personalize Experience: Use your profile data to provide relevant comparisons
• Communication: Send service updates and respond to inquiries

3. AI Processing

Deal text you submit is processed by OpenAI's API to extract information and generate analysis. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We never share your data with brands or advertisers.

We may share data with:

• Service Providers: OpenAI (AI processing), Supabase (database hosting)
• Anonymized Benchmarks: Aggregated, anonymized rate data contributes to market benchmarks visible to all users

5. Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Data retained while your account is active
• Deleted Accounts: Personal data removed within 30 days of deletion request
• Anonymized Data: May be retained indefinitely for market benchmarks

• Delete your account and personal data
• Opt out of anonymized data aggregation
• Request information about data we hold

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security policies, and secure authentication via Supabase.
