2. Accuracy Disclaimer

Market rates provided are estimates based on available data and may not reflect actual market conditions. Rates vary significantly based on factors we may not capture. Use our analysis as one input among many when making decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your creator profile
  • Use the service for legitimate deal analysis only
  • Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
  • Not use the service to harm brands or other creators
  • Keep your account credentials secure

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to deals you submit and can use generated counter-scripts freely
  • Our Service: Confaidant's technology, design, and branding remain our property
  • Feedback: Suggestions you provide may be used to improve the service

5. Limitation of Liability

Confaidant is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Deals that don't work out as expected
  • Inaccurate market rate estimates
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time.
